Golden Smokey Eye with Urban Decay Naked Palette

Another Naked Palette eye, this one is a golden smokey eye. Like most, it's easy and doesn't take a lot of time to do.

1.) Start by priming the eye, instead of using eye primer I opted to go with a white eyeliner all over my eyelid and underneath my eye.  I did this because I wanted the pigments to really stick and to be even brighter.

2.) Using a flat eyeshadow brush, apply Half Baked all over the eyelid and underneath the lash line.

3.) Using a contour brush, apply Smog in a V-shape in the crease of the eye.

4.) Using the same contour brush, apply Dark Horse in the crease of the eye to darken it up. Also, taking a flat eyeshadow brush, apply Virgin to the inner corners of the eyes.

5.) Swirl a blending brush into Naked or Buck (if you have lighter skin tones use Naked, if you have darker skin tones use Buck) I opted for Naked. Take this and blend Smog and Dark Horse up to the brow bone.

6.) Apply Dark Horse to the lash line and put on eyeliner and mascara. Boom. Done.

Copper Smokey Eye

This eye is a little complicated and time consuming, it takes about 10-15 minutes to do and involves a lot of layering, however, the end result is worth it.

1.) Prime the eye, I used Urban Decay's Primer Potion
2.) Using a flat eyeshadow brush, put Handwritten by M.A.C. all over the eyelid up to the crease (stopping just before the inner corners).
3.) Next, using the same flat eyeshadow brush (make sure you wipe it off) put Blonde Streak by M.A.C. in the inner corners of eyes and on the brow bone (be careful because this eyeshadow has a lot of fall out due to the sparkles in it).
4.) Using the flat eyeshadow brush, cover the eyelid with Darkhorse in the Naked Palette by Urban Decay, I softened it up in the inner corners so that it would blend a little bit better.
5.) With the flat eyeshadow brush apply Copper Craze by Maybelline over the eyelid, like before with Darkhorse, I softened it at the inner corners and blended it in with my fingers.
6.) With a crease brush, apply Carbon by M.A.C. to the outer corners only, then blend inward with a blending brush.
7.) Using a blending brush, apply Buck in the Naked Palette by Urban Decay right above the crease to blend the colors together. After blending the eyeshadow out, I went back over the inner corners of my eye with the Blonde Streak to make it more bold. Apply eyeliner and mascara and you are done.

Smokey eye using the Naked Palette

I used the Naked Palette by Urban Decay for this smokey eye, it's not very hard to do and you only need to use three different eye shadows to achieve this look.

Step 1-Prime the eye, you can use whatever kind you prefer, I used Urban Decay's Primer Potion because it came with the palette.
Step 2-Using a flat eye shadow brush, apply Virgin to the entire eye and up to the brow.
Step 3-Using the same flat eye shadow brush, apply Gunmetal from outer corner of the eye until mid eyelid.
Step 4-Using a rounded crease brush, apply creep to the outer corner of the crease and work inward.
Step 5-Use a blending brush and blend the eye shadows together, there's no special technique, just make sure that everything is well-blended.
Step 6-Apply eyeliner and mascara.
