Kim Kardashian Inspired Eye

I, like most people, do not particularly care for Kim Kardashian, but you cannot deny that she does have really good eye make up. This look does take a little bit of time because it involves a lot of layering, blending, and applying false eye lashes.

1.) Prime the eye
2.) Apply M.A.C.'s Blanc Type on the brow bone with a flat eye shadow brush
3.) Apply M.A.C.'s Carbon on the eyelid with a flat eye shadow brush, to get it the dark color I had to put on at least five layers
4.) Apply M.A.C's Handwritten with a fluffy eye shadow brush into the crease and take it into the inner part of the eye, I had to apply a few layers of this as well to get the darker color that I was looking for
5.) Blend Handwritten and Blanc Type together with a Blending brush
6.) With a smudging brush, apply Handwritten to the bottom lash line and smudge it out
7.) Apply eyeliner
8.) ***Optional***Apply false eyelashes, I normally don't like false eyelashes because they tend to make me look like a drag queen, however, because this look was inspired by Kim Kardashian I decided to apply them.  False eyelashes are Kim's signature look, for her, the bigger the eyelashes, the better.

Copper Smokey Eye

***Optional step***Before starting, I primed my entire eyelid with a white eyeliner to make the colors really pop, however, you don't have to do this if you want the colors to be a little more subtle
1.) Apply MAC's Blanc Type on the brow bone with a flat eye brush, then with the same brush apply MAC's Crystal Avalanche in the inner corner of the eye and the lower lash line with a flat eye shadow brush.
2.) Apply MAC's Mythology mid eyelid and lower lash line, blend into Crystal Avalanche with a flat eye shadow brush.
3.) With the same flat eye shadow brush, apply MAC's Handwritten in the outer corner of the eyelid and the lower lash line. With a blending brush, blend out Handwritten with MAC's Wedge.
5.) With the blending brush, lightly blend in MAC's Carbon but only blend into the outer corner of the eye.
6.) Apply eyeliner and mascara.

Everyday eye makeup using MAC (updated)

This is my new everyday eye makeup, I just needed a slight change so I bought new shadows. It's still super easy and not time consuming at all. All it takes is 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Apply Blanc Type all over the eyelid up to the brow with a flat eyeshadow brush.

Step 2: Apply Handwritten in the crease of the eye with a fluffy crease brush

Step 3: Apply Wedge using a blending brush for a more smoother look.

Products used: M.A.C. eye shadows in Blanc Type, Handwritten, and Wedge.

Brushes used: ELF eyeshadow brush, Sonia Kushuk crease brush, M.A.C. 217 blending brush.
